GerBear’s Certified Mobile Repair is not responsible for prior or unknown problems after repairs that aren’t related to the repair performed.

All services provided by GerBear’s Certified Mobile Repair are limited to the specific repair or service requested and approved by the customer. Any additional issues discovered during or after the repair that are not directly related to the original service are not the responsibility of the Company.

Vehicles may have pre-existing conditions or underlying issues that are not visible or diagnosable at the time of service. GerBear’s Certified Mobile Repair is not liable for existing mechanical or electrical issues, wear and tear unrelated to the repair performed, or failures of other components before, during, or after service.

While every effort is made to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues, some problems may require further inspection, additional labor, or future service. The Company is not responsible for issues that were not identified or could not reasonably be identified during the initial service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and concerns, approving recommended repairs before work begins, and maintaining their vehicle after service is completed. Failure to disclose known issues may impact the effectiveness of the repair and is not the responsibility of GerBear’s Certified Mobile Repair.

Repairs performed do not guarantee the overall condition or performance of the entire vehicle. Only the specific repair completed is addressed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GerBear’s Certified Mobile Repair shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle issues unrelated to the repair performed.
