Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling All service call appointments are subject to change based on workload and technician availability. GerBears Mobile Repair will make every effort to accommodate the scheduled time; however, adjustments may be necessary. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if any scheduling changes occur. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Failure to provide notice or a no-show at the time of service will also result in the $50 cancellation fee. Service Terms By booking a service call, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this booking policy. GerBears Mobile Repair reserves the right to modify appointment times based on business needs.
