Service Call Booking Policy

All appointments with GerBear’s Certified Mobile Repair are subject to change based on technician availability and workload.

We will make every effort to meet the scheduled time and will notify customers if adjustments are necessary.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
