This service includes up to 1 hour of expert diagnostics to identify the issue and provide actionable solutions. Whether it’s an engine problem, electrical fault, or another concern, we’ll come to you and ensure you’re back on the road or water as quickly as possible. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling All service call appointments are subject to change based on workload and technician availability. GerBears Mobile Repair will make every effort to accommodate the scheduled time; however, adjustments may be necessary. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if any scheduling changes occur. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Failure to provide notice or a no-show at the time of service will also result in the $50 cancellation fee. Service Terms By booking a service call, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this booking policy. GerBears Mobile Repair reserves the right to modify appointment times based on business needs.
