Service Description
If you are in need of a mechanic within 3 to 4 hours, book our Emergency Service Call. This service is also required for appointments requested outside of our normal business hours of Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, including evenings and weekends. Our Emergency Service Call and Diagnosis offers professional troubleshooting for your vehicle, RV, or boat within a 20-mile radius of Fort Walton Beach. This service includes the service call and up to 1 hour of expert diagnostics to identify the issue and provide actionable solutions. Whether you’re dealing with an engine problem, electrical fault, no-start issue, or another urgent concern, we’ll come to you and work to get you back on the road or water as quickly as possible. Emergency and after-hours service is subject to availability and emergency service pricing.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments with GerBear’s Certified Mobile Repair are subject to change based on technician availability and workload. We will make every effort to meet the scheduled time and will notify customers if adjustments are necessary. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. By booking a service call, the customer agrees to this policy.
